This is a sauce that I love to keep in my refrigerator or freezer, I use it to spice up a rotisserie chicken for quick enchiladas, or toss in the crockpot with any meat for a quick and easy weeknight meal. It is a little on the spicy side, so you can always use less cayenne if needed!

Ingredients:

Tomato Sauce 1# 13oz.

Chicken Stock 8oz. (1 cup)

Apple Cider Vinegar 1 Tbsp.

Chili Powder 3 1/2 Tbsp.

Onion Powder 1 1/2 Tbsp.

Garlic Powder 1 Tbsp.

Cumin 2 tsp.

Oregano 2 tsp.

Cayenne 1 tsp.

Salt & Pepper to taste

Directions:

Place all ingredients in a medium size pot with tight fitting lid, cook on medium/low heat for 30 minutes. Use as needed!
