Chocolate Microwave Cake

INGREDIENTS:

¼ cup All Purpose Flour

5 Tbsp. Granulated Sugar

2 ½ Tbsp. Cocoa Powder

1 Egg

2 Tbsp. Buttermilk

3 Tbsp. Vegetable Oil

1 Tbsp. Bourbon

Pinch of Kosher Salt

Dash of Cardamom

DIRECTIONS:

In a 16oz. mug (you can also use a 12oz. if that is what you have on hand), combine all ingredients except the Chocolate Chips, and mix together until smooth. Once batter is smooth, add chocolate chips and mix until combined. Place mug in microwave, on high for two minutes until batter has puffed up. Remove mug and top with your favorite toppings!
