Blackberry Sauce

Blackberry Sauce

12 ounces Blackberries (2 containers)

1/4 cup Honey

2 tsp. Fresh Lemon Juice

Add all four ingredients to a medium size sauce pan, cook on medium heat for about 5 minutes, until fruit is soft. Blend with hand blender our stand blender, be careful, contents will be hot! When ingredients are blended thoroughly transfer to mason jar or other container and chill until ready to use. I use this sauce on toast, in cakes, or in this cake in White Chocolate Pot de Creme!
